So you have seen the Polar Bear Design products, you love them and you want them... how do you purchase them is a question we always get asked!

Our products are exclusive and can be purchased direct, through distributors or approved dealers.

Who are our distributors I hear you ask? Currently we have RGB Communications looking after all of our AV installers and OneSight Solutions looking after our HVAC Clients.

To be able to buy and install our products there are a few steps to follow.. firstly you must become an accredited installer of the Polar Bear Design products.  

You will purchase a training kit and book onto one of the many training sessions, these can take place in person or online, meaning you do not have to travel and take too much time out of your busy work schedules.

Our training kits are not just a useful tool for the training day itself, it will also be paramount going forward, these come on a demo plaque making it the perfect sales tool to get the Polar Bear Design product into your clients project - they like to see, feel and play with a product before taking the leap do they not? You will also use these for any onsite testing and configuration in most of your projects.

I hear you ask, I am not an installer but I NEED the Polar Bear Design products in my home... you will need to find an approved installer near you to help support your install, plan the project, purchase and fit the thermostats. 

Do not panic, you do not need to go on a mad hunt trying to locate these installers, head to Approved Installers | Polar Bear Design where you will see all of our approved installers, pop your postcode in and the map will locate your closest ones.
